Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Standard Products

Standard products are pre-designed items offered through our online store.

Custom Products

• Custom products are designed and manufactured specifically based on customer requests, measurements, or specifications. Production begins once the customer approves the final design. After design approval, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and approval constitutes acceptance of the final design.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal.

Orders & Payments​

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Wix and its approved payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or inaccurate. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, Returns & Product Policies

Shipping, returns, refunds, and product-specific guidelines are covered in our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Automotive Product Policy, which are part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

Warranty

Except as described in our Refund Policy and Automotive Product Policy, our products are provided as-is. Normal cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing are not defects and are not covered. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

• All original designs, models, images, text, and content on this website are the property of SnapFit Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

• Some images on our website may be stock or publicly available images used as temporary placeholders or for illustrative purposes while pages are being developed. These images remain the property of their respective owners and may not represent the exact appearance of our products.

• With permission, we may feature customer-submitted photos to showcase our products in real-world use. Customers retain ownership of their photos, and we will remove any customer photo from our website at the customer's request — just email us at snapfitlabs@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability

SnapFit Labs is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of our products. Our products are intended for their described use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the purchase price of that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
