Standard Products

• Returns for standard products may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

 

Custom Products

​

Because custom products are designed and produced specifically for each client:

• Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

• Design approval from the customer constitutes acceptance of the final design.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

​

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)

• Installation errors or misuse

• Normal cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing
